>From my personal perspective I have to disagree. I'm the manager and have been trying to get developers and doc specialists to use the concurrent model and they won't touch it. No matter how hard I try, the developers want to know that someone else is editing a file so they do not touch it. They refuse to use the concurrent model so we have had to impose a full exclusive watch mode on all files. For me, its annoying as anything. I want what the "c" in CVS stands for ;-) Trevor > -----Original Message----- > From: cvsnt-bounces at cvsnt.org > [mailto:cvsnt-bounces at cvsnt.org] On Behalf Of Tony Hoyle > Sent: Tuesday, 6 December 2005 9:20 a.m. > To: cvsnt at cvsnt.org cvsnt downloads at march-hare.com @CVSNT on Twitter CVSNT on Facebook > Subject: [cvsnt] Re: forcing a text file at "non-mergable" > > Gerhard Fiedler wrote: > > matter what the feature.
