You can actually install the new version "cvsnt-2.0.58d"
following the steps given @

ROGRAMMING_Installing_CVSNT.shtml" (where you can find the installation
and configuration guide for CVSNT - Release 2.0.14) though choosing the
appropriate options for this particular version installation. It prompts
for replacement of some configuration file with the latest one; accept
for the newer file to be kept with the application installation. It
worked for me... Hope works for you too... :D
