You need a client cvsnt version that also understands the new
commands, otherwise they will not even be transmitted to the server.
Apoarently your client is 2.0.51d and the server is 2.0.58d, so
whatever new command you want to use you have to upgrade your client
too.

Then, rename handling is not quite mature yet (at least not in
2.0.58d, probably not even on 2.5.01.1986 - but I don't know this for
sure)...
