Script: In computer applications, a script, roughly speaking, is a computer program that automates the sort of task that a user might otherwise do interactively at the keyboard. [wikipedia] :-P IIRC, the select non-significant revisions feature was discussed on this list as a script at one point. There was also talk about creating an overall script that would apply that to all files in a sandbox | module but I don't know if that was ever put together. Sounds like WinCVS has a good integration of that. As I remember, this feature was mostly discussed as something to help with the binary bloat problem. If someone does set up a script that checks for non-significant revisions that are older than a specified date and removes them from each file in a repository, I would be interested in getting a copy! -- Glen Starrett _______________________________________________ cvsnt mailing list cvsnt at cvsnt.org cvsnt downloads at march-hare.com @CVSNT on Twitter CVSNT on Facebook http://www.cvsnt.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/cvsnt https://www.march-hare.com/cvspro/en.asp#downcvs ----------------------------------------- ********************************************************** This email and any files transmitted with it are confidential and intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to whom they are addressed.
