Could you please spell out the CVSROOT string without adding the mailto stuff? Looks weird to me... /Bo -----Original Message----- From: cvsnt-bounces at cvsnt.org [mailto:cvsnt-bounces at cvsnt.org]On Behalf Of Eoin Maguire Sent: den 8 mars 2005 11:14 To: cvsnt at cvsnt.org cvsnt downloads at march-hare.com @CVSNT on Twitter CVSNT on Facebook Subject: [cvsnt] Authentication Failure - Extremely Frustrating Hi, I am having problems connecting to a windows server running CVSNT from my local PC which is running WinCVS. I am using version 2.0.24 on the server and wincvs 1.3.17.2 on my local machine. The server is running windows 2000 and my local Pc is running XP SP2. The exact call I use is as follows: Authentication: sspi Path: /TEST (I have set up this test repositary) Hostaddress: Server1 (this is the server name) Username: blah ( assuming this is my XP login) CVSROOT: blah <mailto:blah at Server1:/TEST> @Server1:/TEST When I then do a cvs -ls --l -R I get an authentication failure. An ideas? Cheers, Eoin. _______________________________________________ cvsnt mailing list cvsnt at cvsnt.org cvsnt downloads at march-hare.com @CVSNT on Twitter CVSNT on Facebook http://www.cvsnt.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/cvsnt https://www.march-hare.com/cvspro/en.asp#downcvs
