[cvsnt] Log of items changed

Hi,

I have an urgent requirement and need help.

I would like to know whether we can get a report telling us which all files
have got modified and who has done the changes from the current state in a
repository.

Also is there a  provision in cvs wherein when a person checks-in an item
into a repository, a particular group is intimated about it. (like a mail
goes to a particular group that a person x has checked-in item A).

We are using CVSNT 2.0.058d.

Also I would like to know whether I can restrict the branch access to a
particular set of users.

Eg: a release 2.0 of a product has gone live. I tag it and create a branch .

In the branch fixes of Live are done by team A and in the head fixes and
ongoing developments are done by team B.

I need to restrict  branch access to Team A only. Team B should not be able
to do any modifications in branch A.

Please advice.
