with newer cvsnt builds (think around 2.0.4x or 2.0.5x - not verified - sorry, client is on windows XP) 1) checkout new sandbox module "cvsnt" on branch "CVSNT_2_0_x" (I have used tortoiseCVS client in subdirectory cvsnt-CVSNT_2_0_x but anyway ) 2) open a cmd shell (with latest cvs client in path before tortoise cvs client - but anyway it doesn't work with cvs 2.0.62.1817 and 2.5.01 build 1902) > set CVSROOT=:pserver:cvs at cvs.cvsnt.org:/usr/local/cvs > cd cvsnt-CVSNT_2_0_x > cd windows-NT > cvs co -r 1.72.2.115 win32.cpp Empty password used - try 'cvs login' with a real password cvs server: cannot find module `win32.cpp' - ignored cvs [checkout aborted]: cannot expand modules *> cvs co -r 1.72.2.115 cvsnt/windows-NT/win32.cpp Empty password used - try 'cvs login' with a real password cvs server: cannot find module `cvsnt/windows-NT/win32.cpp' - ignored cvs [checkout aborted]: cannot expand modules The *> type of command is used by tortoiseCVS to create diffs between a selected older version in the revision graph view agains the current sandbox file. And this doesn't work anymore. NB: A more or less similar cvsnt setup on our linux server (with 2.0.58c) with 2.0.58d or above clients on windows xp work. Any clues? -Peter ______________________________________________________________ Verschicken Sie romantische, coole und witzige Bilder per SMS! Jetzt bei WEB.DE FreeMail: http://f.web.de/?mc=021193
