Thanks Glen. Seems its working for me. I stopped antivirus and did the cvs update and it worked without any error for 1 hr. and as soon as I enabled the antivirus, I got the same error. The key difference: I'm certain that the affected computers still have real time scanning enabled where their sandboxes are.
