No I am not getting any errors when I run the tag command. Following is the 
start of the ,v files of two files which were tagged.
  BugId.txt,v
    head 1.7;
    access;
    symbols
     Build-0009:1.7
     Build-0008:1.7
     Build-0007:1.7
     Build-0006:1.6
     Build-0005:1.6
     Build-0004:1.6
     Build-0003:1.6
     Build-2:1.6
     Build-1:1.5;
    locks; strict;
    comment @# @;
