ARGH.

OK. I forgot that sometime in the dim-and-distant past I'd put sserver=0
into /etc/cvsnt/Plugins. My bad.

However, it seems that this has the effect that sserver is not advertised...
BUT it can still be used! If in Plugns sserver=0, then shouldn't sserver be
completely unavailable/disabled?
