Perhaps you have created a CVS folder yourself? Don't do that; the 
client uses a (hidden) CVS folder for state information.
Or perhaps you have deleted that file (Entries) inside the CVS folder?
Sometimes it is better to delete your working copy and retrieve a 
clean copy of the modules again.
