It is probably assumed that the user who commits or does anything else that triggers the notify script in fact already can be considered as being notified... After all it is he who is performing the action in the first place. It was the From: part, which i "enriched" by adding a display name to the address (<Display Name> user at domain). The sender doesn't recognize it and screw up. Now it works, more or less, but i still would like to have something clarified: the notify_email script shouldn't take care of every operation done on a watched file, as by behavior of the notify configuration file? Now it sends an email only if a watched file is committed by someone else. is there a way to send the email to the user who set the watch? I didn't find a working variable among the ones at disposal for this purpose. Thanks in advance.
