Well, if the user would specify this option then CVS should just assume
he knows what he's doing (nevertheless adding a confirmation warning
(with correpssponding -y option to override) would be in order I think).

For real life examples of when such an option would come in handy see
Luigi's post here and Mike Gettings's (titled "Entries not updated...")
today on the CVSGUI list.
