Doesn't look commercial to me. IIRC Bo wrote a tutorial how to set it up. 
Search the archives; he announced it recently.

Try the cvs log command, maybe something like

  cvs log -rYourTag: -b -h -S -N

I'm not that familiar with the cvs log command myself, but this might get 
you started.
