[cvsnt] Exactly which CVSNT files are needed for a client only???

??? Not sure I understand. You just have to look for all entries that
either sport "clientonly" as part of their Types argument or do not
have a Types argument at all...

cvstools.dll needs registering. Not sure whether this is the cause of
your problem, though.
