Not enough information!
Please capture a cmplete command session and post it here or at least
post the connection string CVSROOT you are using.
By the way 2.0.11 is really old and probably noone here will be able
to guide you through that. It has been stated that the lowest version
that will even be considered to comment on is 2.0.58
