[cvsnt] update problem branch

we have a problem with wincvs and cvsnt when we do a update of a branche we don't get the latest revision. New added and committed files are oke, but when existing ones are committed with a new revision, but don't appear when an update is done.
I don't have a clue why it is not working anymore.
