You have told us that you use Tortoise CVS, this means that you have
installed Tortoise and you should have seen when you downloaded it
that their product has a support mail list all their own. This is what
I meant.
The CVSNT list will answer CVSNT server specific questions, but
Tortoise problems have to be delegated to their list.
