Community technical support mailing list was retired 2010 and replaced with a professional technical support team. For assistance please contact: Pre-sales Technical support via email to sales@march-hare.com.

Maybe the configuration of the mail server could be changed so that the
"from" is actually from the list (cvsnt at cvsnt.org cvsnt downloads at march-hare.com @CVSNT on Twitter CVSNT on Facebook) and the originator of
the message is on the CC line instead. That way if someone only clicks
REPLY it goes back to the list rather than the individual.

I normally click "Reply-All" and then delete the originator (in this
case Bo) as I'm sure Bo will see this message in the list and does'nt
need it in his inbox as well.

Just my 10 cents worth (since that's now the smallest unit of currency
here. ;-)

People who don't use the newsgroup and are responding to a message
received by email quite often do not use the Reply-All or Reply-Group
function, they use Reply instead. This sends their reply ONLY to the
person who wrote the message they are replying to. Such replies
obviously will get neither to the list nor to the newsgroup.
I believe this is why the message is missing.

Everything sent to the newsgroup also gets to the mail list and
everything sent to the list gets to the newsgroup. But replies sent in
private to only one person does not of course...
