I *strongly* suggest reading some introductory documentation on how 
CVSNT works.

The ,v files reside on the repository (the server side) and are for 
CVSNT internal usage ONLY.
You *never* work on them, you use the "checkout" command to get a 
working copy on another (client) PC. Both client and server may be 
the same machine, but never using the same directory as the repository.722
