If nothing else, you could always uninstall from Add/Remove programs and then re-run the CVSNT installation. Everything from your previous install will be intact, the uninstall does not touch the Registry data or the repository files so the new server will come back up exactly like the old one. Except maybe this time you will get the Control Panel to work. Since some time back its icon does not appear in the standard Control Panel, you have to open the CVSNT folder under Start/Programs to reach it.
