He's definitely not logged in as administrator. For now, this user is using pserver because we don't want author to be administrator. He is logged in as adminsitrator, so it uses that. Make him log in as his own user and it'll work fine. Use of the passwd file is not recommended for sspi, except for special configurations - it doesn't sound like you need it.
