However, the cvsagent is a different matter IMO because it does never pop up out of context. It is always upon explicit user request and you will always fully expect it when it happens. It's a password entry dialog for SNEOYC's sake! Furthermore, as the window does not have a Taskbar button (why is that BTW?), opening it behind other windows means there's no indication it's there at all.
