Thanks for that.

I notice you only have an MSI for download - I can't install that right
now to see if it includes the sources since this laptop doesn't have
.net 2.0.  Any chance you can e-mail me the ZIP containing the sources
(including the sources to the MSI)?

After playing with the perl vss converter and not getting very far, I
decided to develop my own converter to move some of our VSS databases
into CVS. As a company we are migrating all VSS repositories to CVS and
having many projects we wanted a converter which we could reliably run
and which would convert and maintain the full history that was present
in VSS. 

The converter is written in C# and requires .net 2.0 so will only run on
windows PC's (but thats OK since VSS is windows only anyway). 

If anyone is interesting in this, I have made this available as
Open-Source software through the GNU GPL licence. It is available on
SourceForge through https://sourceforge.net/projects/vss2cvs/

I hope this is of use to anyone who needs this type of thing.
