OK, then you should do as follows: 1. Install CVSNT on your own PC as the server for version control 2. Work in a local sandbox at for example C:\Projects 3. Whenever you have checked out something or edited something then run a batch script to copy the files to E:\ (xcopy /A /S /Y C:\Projects\TATS\*.* E:\) Or if for some reason you MUST work on E: then make the xcopy script the other way and do it whenever you have made some edits to your files to bring your local sandbox up to date with your edited files before you do the CVS commit at the end of the day. My goal was to use a local repository until they cut through all the red-tape. -J -----Original Message----- From: cvsnt-bounces at cvsnt.org [mailto:cvsnt-bounces at cvsnt.org]On Behalf Of Glen Starrett Sent: Monday, March 27, 2006 10:48 AM To: cvsnt at cvsnt.org cvsnt downloads at march-hare.com @CVSNT on Twitter CVSNT on Facebook Subject: Re: [cvsnt] local repository checkout problem Kraly, Jay (Contractor) wrote: > Thanks.
