You are creating issues by trying to install into C:\Programs - that's very likely to screw things up if it's where your C:\Program Files is, because CVSNT has its own private directory structure that is *not* compatible with installing in such a location. Clean off any old copies of cvsnt and any other app that might be conflicting and try again. Tony
