[Using CVSNT 2.5.03 build 2382 on both server and client. Server
running on Win2003 and client running on WinXP SP2, both with full
updates applied.]
Here are some suggestions I scribbled down on paper while playing
around with the cvs chacl system.
* 'cvs lsacl' should allow listing inherited access control settings.
* 'cvs lsacl' should note which of the listed folder access control
settings are and which are not inherited by its subfolders.
