  Hi all.

  [Using CVSNT 2.5.03 build 2382 on both server and client. Server
running on Win2003 and client running on WinXP SP2, both with full
updates applied.]

  It seems to be impossible to allow some user create/write rights (and
possibly others, but I did not check) to some subfolder without granting
him the same rights in all of its parent folders up to but not including the
root repository folder.

  Was this intentional or is it just an accidental consequence of a too
simple access control system?
