[cvsnt] Bug? VerifyMsg

Thanks for the advice. My verifymsg file has this in it

My script looks like this:

logfile = open("C:/CVSAutoMailerPY/logmsg.txt","w")     #Testing
purposes

    logfile.write(i)    

feature = overview = False
for line in argsList:
    line = line.strip()
    if line.startswith('FEATURE_AFFECTED:'):
        feature = line[17:] != ''
    if line.startswith('OVERVIEW:'):
        overview = line[9:] != ''
if not feature:
    print "You Must Enter the Feature Affected"
    ret = -1

I have no idea what a Delphi program is
