Hi, I get the error/warning "cannot open directory . for empty check" everytime I do a "cvs update -P" on my working files. The only thing I figured out so far, is, that the message disappears as soon as I leave out the "-P" - prune empty directories - option. I read all I could find on google regarding this message, which is not much and did not help me. How can I prevent this message while still being able to let empty directories pruned? I don't know if it matters - I migrated the CVS repository from a Linux server simply by copying all the folders and files. Apart from that special message everything is working fine. With the Linux server I never received this message under otherwise identical operating conditions. I'm using the latest cvsnt server/client. Thanks Ulf
