Bill, If this is related to your order of CVS Suite please contact CVS Suite support as described in the eBook (about page 12 I think). The eBook also contains comprehensive installation instructions and the Customer area has the Intel Mac Native downloads (MacCVSX always runs in Rosetta unfortunately). NOTE: The :local: protocol you are using is for engineering use only (and for creating repositories) please set up a local server as described in the eBook, this will resolve the lock error you are seeing.
