   Hi David,
   Yes, openssl is installed and sserver.so and sserver.la are listed in
   /usr/lib/cvsnt/protocols
   As to whether or not I built it with sserver support.... well I
   installed the sserver package as part of the cvsnt install. Don't
   think that the same as what you are talking about. Do you think I
   should go through the build process?
   btw I am only trying to use linux as a client connecting to a remote
   server via sserver.

     Did you build cvsnt with sserver support? (configure should enable
     this by
     default..
     Is openssl installed?
     Does /usr/lib/cvsnt/protocols contain sserver.*
