Hi, I sent the below to the cvs-dev mailing list, but it doesn't seem to have been recieved. Have I got the address right? Also, if I'm patching update.cpp, then I assume the only built binary I need to copy across to my live system is cvs.exe, or do I need to copy any others? I'm building on WinXP using MSVC.NET 2003. There were quite a few warnings as mentioned in Bo's CompileOnWindows.txt. However, the mkmanifest.exe fails with an error every time it's run during the build process. Is this expected? Should I worry about it? Having got the built binaries I compared them to the released (2.5.03.2382) binaries and found they were all completely different. I guess the release binaries were built on a *nix system rather than on Windows? Surely they should still produce the same binary if built for the same OS?
