[cvsnt] rename breakage

OK, I know rename is supposed to be "experimental" or something, but I used
rename very carefully in the only way specified by you cvsnt folks, and I'm
having breakage.

I renamed one file in a directory. Then I committed its parent directory (on
the trunk). Everything seemed fine.

But my co-worker working on a branch from an older version of the trunk got
my renames. The log view shows the correct older filename on the branch. Why
did he get the newer renamed version? I thought this use case was supposed
to work!
