[cvsnt] Running "loginfo" processes with credentials of the userdoing a CVS commit?

Great to hear you are still going strong with CVSNT - I heard a rumour
that you folks were moving imminently to Mercurial or Bitkeeper - I'm
not a fan of putting the entire repository on every PC myself (as
discussed recently on the TortoiseCVS newsgroup CVSNT has a "better"
plan):

The server processes already run as the client user by default (it's a
setting in the server control panel) - it just "starts" as SYSTEM then
changes - many windows functions (including task manager) return the
wrong username, however there are params you can use to get the client
username from CVSNT.  You can confirm it is running as the "correct"
user just by trying to read a file you (the client user) do not have
access rights to.
