Hi Mike, > It appears that the process specified in the loginfo runs as "NT > AUTHORITY\SYSTEM" and not as the Windows domain account of the remote Great to hear you are still going strong with CVSNT - I heard a rumour that you folks were moving imminently to Mercurial or Bitkeeper - I'm not a fan of putting the entire repository on every PC myself (as discussed recently on the TortoiseCVS newsgroup CVSNT has a "better" plan): http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/message.php?msg_name=946E76E38BC1E244 8B68F32FAEA2BA5853B3EC%402ksrvr01.march-hare.local The server processes already run as the client user by default (it's a setting in the server control panel) - it just "starts" as SYSTEM then changes - many windows functions (including task manager) return the wrong username, however there are params you can use to get the client username from CVSNT. You can confirm it is running as the "correct" user just by trying to read a file you (the client user) do not have access rights to. Regards, Arthur Barrett
