Hi Matthew,

I haven't seen this error before and this release has been available for 
some time, so it is likely something particular to your system.

You have a couple choices:

1) Post enough information about the problem so that someone on the list 
can help with the problem for free.  See:

2) Purchase support for your organization and submit a support request 
to March Hare.  Email me directly if you want more information on 
purchasing support.
