[cvsnt] CVS RTAG not working

I will talk to my IT guy about the upgrade to the latest server version.

I used the following command when it did not work:

C:\>cvs -t -d:pserver:mrich at vienna:\mimosa rtag -b -r RUBY_3_1_0_11061 CITRINE root

When possible please upgrade the server to latest stable (2.5.03.2382).

Try:

cvs -d<CVSROOT> rtag -b BRANCHNAME Root 

If you want to create the branch BRANCHNAME from existing branch
EXISTINGBRANCH you would use:

cvs -d<CVSROOT> rtag -b -r EXISTINGBRANCH BRANCHNAME Root
