Thought I would go ahead and finish up this thread. Turns out it is related to iconv.dll (as mentioned earlier in this thread). However, just setting the path and running from the command prompt is insufficient to solve the problem. Once I removed iconv.dll from the System32 directory(actually moved to another directory, just in case), it works just fine. Thanks to David Smith for finding this solution. -=|Scott|=-
