Why do you have the c:/CVSROOT part there???? Normally a connection string would look like so: :pserver:Andy at NEW-P4:/repository where /repository is the name of the repository as served by CVSNT. CVSROOT is a reserved word and should never be used in this context. Have you by any chance put your sources into a *subdirectory* of the CVSROOT directory?
