[cvsnt] cannot open CVS/Entries for reading: No such file ordirectory

What is the actual command (including CVSROOT connection string)?

Whilst it would be 'best' to let CVSNT Server create a new CVSROOT, it
is not required.

Ensure you have the server set up correctly first by running these
commands (substitute your own CVSROOT where applicable):

cvs info -b
cvs info -r server-hostname
cvs -d :sspi:server-hostname:/repo-name rls
