I'm using CVS NT Service 1.11.1.3 (Build 57f) on my server and am having no luck in my clients using their domain login to connect to the repository. Both the server and client are Windows based machines; the server is NT Server w/ SP6a. On the server I have entered the user's domain login name using 'cvs passwd -a Jim' On the client side I have 'CVSROOT = :ntserver:cvsserver:/repository' I have also tried sspi in place of ntserver and I have done 'Jim at cvsserver' with both When I attempt a cvs command I get and error "access method not supported by this port of CVS". Theserver and client are on the same domain so the firewall shouldn't be an issue. I can get this to work using the pserver method then using 'cvs login', but I'm trying to make using source control as painless as possible for the users. Thanks in advance Jim Lowell -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... URL: http://www.cvsnt.org/pipermail/cvsnt/attachments/20021112/10a692ec/attachment.htm
