After following Bo's suggestion on .DLL's, if you go to Start/Programs/CVS for
NT/Configure server, do you see the control panel applet?

Make sure that you get the latest dll:s into your system32 directory:
mfc70.dll
msvcp70.dll
msvcr70.dll
You can find them in the binary download on the CVSNT page.

but after the installation my control pamel applet doesnt come...
