I used the MSI installer. I'll try the Inno version one night this week and see if the results are any better. The MSI installer seemed to be replacing the old cvslock executable. What happens if you uninstall the existing version, delete the program folder and rename the HKLM/Software/CVS/Pserver key to something else, then install whatever version you had trouble with? I have installed every single version of 2.0.62 and 2.5.1 during the development phase and I had problems only a few times due to some glitch in the installer I build.
