Hi, Recently I switched our CVS server from rock-solid version 2.0.58d to 2.5.01, build 1976 (compatibility is set to "Non-cvsnt clients" and "Any CVS/CVSNT" clients are allowed to connect) and experienced following problem with the 'cvs history' command. - for testing I deleted the CVSROOT/history file and created it again (empty) - I've committed a file using SmartCVS => a new entry in the history file was added - SmartCVS performs a 'cvs history' command, but "No records selected." - the same effect can be reproduced easily from the command line client: > C:\test>cvs -d :pserver:tom at localhost/f:/repository history -a -x AMR -f smartcvs-tori > No records selected. The line in the CVSROOT/history file looks like > M43008711|(null)|tom|localhost|smartcvs-tori/src/smartcvs/main/src/de/regnis/smartcvs/action/command/refreshmetainfo|1.2 According to my assumptation, the line should be selected by 'cvs history', because the "smartcvs-tori" is contained in the committed file's path. -- Best regards, Thomas Singer _____________ smartcvs.com smartsvn.com
