Although I would deny the latter one, because it worked correctly with CVSNT 2.0.58d. -- Best regards, Thomas Singer _____________ smartcvs.com smartsvn.com Thomas Singer schrieb: > Hi, > > Recently I switched our CVS server from rock-solid version 2.0.58d to > 2.5.01, build 1976 (compatibility is set to "Non-cvsnt clients" and "Any > CVS/CVSNT" clients are allowed to connect) and experienced following > problem with the 'cvs history' command. > > - for testing I deleted the CVSROOT/history file and created it again > (empty) > - I've committed a file using SmartCVS > => a new entry in the history file was added > - SmartCVS performs a 'cvs history' command, but "No records selected." > - the same effect can be reproduced easily from the command line client: > >> C:\test>cvs -d :pserver:tom at localhost/f:/repository history -a -x AMR >> -f smartcvs-tori >> No records selected. > > > The line in the CVSROOT/history file looks like > >> M43008711|(null)|tom|localhost|smartcvs-tori/src/smartcvs/main/src/de/regnis/smartcvs/action/command/refreshmetainfo|1.2 >> > > > According to my assumptation, the line should be selected by 'cvs > history', because the "smartcvs-tori" is contained in the committed > file's path. > > -- > Best regards, > Thomas Singer > _____________ > smartcvs.com > smartsvn.com > _______________________________________________ > cvsnt mailing list > cvsnt at cvsnt.org cvsnt downloads at march-hare.com @CVSNT on Twitter CVSNT on Facebook > http://www.cvsnt.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/cvsnt https://www.march-hare.com/cvspro/en.asp#downcvs >
