Ok. You shouldn't execute the file, it has to be installed via pkgadd (what you posted is the contents of the package description). But I think you will have no luck with a sol9-package on sol6. The systems differ too much! I can only recomend to fetch the sources from cvs and try a configure, make, make install. But you will need a working build environment (cc and the like). If you are not able to build, I'll try to get access to an old sparc with 2.6 installed an try to build there.
